What to expect

Reserve your wedding date
To ensure a thoughtful and personalized experience, I accept a limited number of weddings each year. Your wedding date is reserved exclusively for you and removed from availability upon completing our wedding agreement and retainer. At that time, you officially become one of my Legacy Couples, and we begin working together.

Engagement session (optional)
Your wedding collection may include an engagement session. If so, we’ll select a date together and begin planning your session. This experience is a relaxed introduction to being photographed and provides imagery for save the dates, social media, wedding websites, countdowns, bridal shower décor, guest books, and more.

Bridal or boudoir session (optional)
Brides may choose to include a private bridal or boudoir session prior to the wedding day. Many clients schedule their hair and makeup trial for this session. You’re welcome to incorporate your wedding dress, veil, wedding jewelry, florals, or other meaningful details to create a personal and intimate experience.

30 day planning meeting
Approximately 30 days before your wedding, we’ll meet virtually to review your timeline and all important details of the day. This allows us time to collaborate, plan intentionally, and ensure your wedding is documented seamlessly.

The wedding day
My team will arrive at our scheduled time ready to guide you through the day with calm, confidence and care. We will bring our expertise and efficient workflow to capture timeless photographs and genuine moments that tell the story of your once in a lifetime love. Before the evening ends, you will receive a curated, same day preview of your wedding day we call The First Look Gallery.

The heirloom gallery
Your complete wedding story is delivered in your Heirloom Gallery, available via digital download with print release. Any included albums or print products are then thoughtfully finalized and prepared for production and delivery.

How do I know if my wedding date is available?

Will I receive the
digital files?
Absolutely! All wedding collections include the high-resolution digital files with print release delivered via digital download for convenience and ease. I also offer printed products, albums, canvas, etc.
What is the payment plan?
To secure your wedding date, 25% of the total collection is due as a retainer. The remaining balance is due as follows: 25% due 90 days prior, 50% due 30 days prior.
I want to add on a bridal or boudoir session. is it private?
Yes, always. I protect the intimacy and surprise of choosing these session options. I do not share imagery from my boudoir sessions. This session type is an optional add on for my clients and deeply personal. Bridal sessions are general revealed after the wedding, if permission is given, to keep the element of surprise.
